After payment of your deposit, you will receive a tourist brochure about the area.
The flat is suitable for a maximum of 4 people (+ possible baby cot). The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 6 people (+ possible baby cot). The number of persons must be specified when booking. Children are welcome, please let us know at the time of booking what you need in terms of children's equipment to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace at the front door, provided you are considerate of the neighbours and keep everything tidy. In case of not allowed smoking, the security deposit will be retained.
Smoking in the holiday home and at the swimming pool is not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the patio if you keep everything tidy. If cigarette ends are found on the ground, the security deposit will be retained.
At the apartment, the shared swimming pool (with sun loungers), the tennis court and tennis rackets, the petanque court and petanque balls are available free of charge.
Pets (except guide dog) are not allowed in either accommodation.
The security deposit is 200 euros, refunded within 15 days of departure with any deductions.
Final cleaning is obligatory. This is done automatically.
Discounts (e.g. early booking or last minute) are settled automatically.
It is not allowed to charge electric vehicules at the property. The electricity grid is not designed for this. We can provide you with various charging locations.
Heating is by pellet stove.
Prices include: Bed and bath linen, kitchen linen, electricity, water, wireless internet and final cleaning.
