The holiday home is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Salir do Porto, on a small private property with three houses, each with its own private space. In the center of Salir do Porto, you will find several restaurants, cafes and shops.
From the house you have a fantastic view of the bay and the beach, which is separated from the Atlantic Ocean by two hills and rock formations. Only a narrow passage connects the ocean to the bay, ensuring calm waters, ideal for small children, compared to other nearby beaches. In summer, the bay beach is always bustling with activity.
The beach is 1 km from the holiday home and is easily accessible on foot. Here you will also find the highest dune in Portugal, where the Rio da Tornada flows into the bay. This makes it a perfect spot for families: kids can roll down the dunes, play safely in the shallow waters and just have fun! There is also free parking nearby. A promenade leads from this area to São Martinho do Porto, taking about 15 minutes on foot to reach the other side of the bay.
